The current mechanical design of the headset is based on Graham Atlee's Triton Project, which has Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) license. We are currently working on a unique mechanical design from scratch to be published with a license that allows commercial use.
